21 Children came along to the Museum on Saturday 16th November to make Christmas decorations for the annual Lighthouse Seafarers Mission Christmas Tree Festival.

There was the usual trail of glitter through the Museum but it was worth the hours of hoovering afterwards!  The children made some amazing maritime themed decorations.

Thank you to the fabulous Heather Norman for helping us come up with some ideas (again), your knowledge and help is always appreciated.

Once the festival is over, the decorations will be moved to the Christmas trees on display at the Historic Dockyard Museum.
