The M&NT is served by a board of seven Trustees who give their time freely to help with the running of the organisation and with the development of policies and procedures.
Trustees serve for a period of three years but may continue to serve for further periods if they so wish. When a vacancy arises, it is advertised locally and the new member is chosen by the current board, then formally approved by the Governor.
