The Museum at Britannia House is open as follows:
High Season (November to end of March)
Monday to Friday 9.30am – 4.00pm
Weekends 2.00 – 4.00pm
Hours may be extended on days when cruise ships are visiting Stanley.
Off Season (April to end October)
Monday to Friday 9.30am – 12.00 noon and 1.30 – 4.00pm
Falklands 30 Exhibition (St Mary's Hall)
Wednesdays 6.00pm - 8.00pm
Sats and Suns 2.00pm - 4.00pm
We can also open up on request.
Visits to Cartmell Cottage are by appointment – call the Museum (27428) to make your arrangements. On days when large cruise ships are visiting Stanley, the Cottage will remain open for several hours.
Adults - £3.00 Sterling Under 16s – FREE
British veterans of the 1982 war are not charged for admission to the Museum.
Museum admission includes entry to Cartmell Cottage, which is otherwise charged at £1.00. Please remember that visits to the Cottage are by appointment.
Group bookings are very welcome and discounts may be available for these or for repeat visits. Please contact Museum staff for more information.
