The following week the staff took advantage of the good weather and went back to Cartmell to sort the garden ready for the Pastfinders group to plant. We also took the opportunity to give the fence a lick of paint. Next time, we must remember to take sun cream!
In preparation for the new tourist season the Museum team gathered their feather dusters and rubber gloves and headed off to Cartmell Cottage to do a spot of spring cleaning.
